【摘要】 电站锅炉烟风道系统中,各种风门是保证锅炉有效运行的重要部件。合理设计和布置挡板风门能保证锅炉的安全、经济、有效运行。主要介绍电站锅炉中所用的挡板风门的特点,关闭挡板风门和调节挡板风门的结构,控制原理。对在具体应用中涉及到的对驱动挡板风门所需的扭矩计算,以及调节挡板风门的调节特性图也做了详细的介绍。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the flue gas and air duct system,all kinds of dampers are the important components to maintain the effective operation of power station boiler.The reasonable design and arrangement of damper can make the boiler in safe and economical operation condition.This paper include that the reference of structure of damper and the control principle of isolation damper and control damper.We have some specification figure to determine the damper actuator’s torsion in this paper.The control method about control damper is included in the end of this paper.更多还原
