农用四轮液压驱动底盘的防滑控制系统总体设计
Design for Anti-slip Regulation of Agricultural Four-wheel Drive Chassis
【摘要】 介绍了高地隙四轮液压驱动底盘的防滑控制系统的总体结构。该控制系统能够实时监控底盘行使状态,通过实时获取的角位移和转速信号自动识别是否发生打滑,并利用FUZZ-PID算法实现打滑判断和调控。应用该控制系统对四轮驱动底盘的液压调速系统进行实验,结果表明:该控制系统能及时判断车轮的打滑,并使车轮间的滑转率长时间保持在0.01~0.05之间,有效地保证了车辆的稳定运行。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces the overall structure of anti-slip regulation on drive electro-hydraulic chassis of agricultural vehicles. The anti-slip regulation can constantly monitor vehicle traveling status by collecting the angular displacement and speed signals,which can automatically identify whether there is slipping and can adjust the slipping speed by FUZZY-PID algorithm. The experiments for four-wheel drive chassis of agricultural vehicles are conducted by using the anti-slip regulation. The experimental results show that the anti-slip regulation can judge whether there is slipping in time,and can always keep the slip rate between 0.01 to 0.05 which effectively ensure the stable operation of agricultural vehicles.
