【摘要】 目的:了解重庆市护士对开展"优质护理服务示范工程"活动的认知、态度情况。方法:采用自行设计的问卷对重庆市77所医院的503名护士进行调查和分析。结果:本组对象中,96.6%的护士知晓活动主题,92.6%的护士赞同此项活动;不同职称护士对此项活动的认知、态度没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。重庆市各级医院"优质护理服务示范工程"活动的开展率为66.2%(51/77),三级医院与一级医院比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:重庆市护士对开展"优质护理服务示范工程"活动具有正确认识,并持积极态度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore nurses’ knowledge and attitude on High Quality Care Demonstration Program in Chongqing.Methods: A total of 503 nurses who came from 77 hospitals in Chongqing were investigated by self-designed questionnaire.Results: Among of them,96.6% nurses know the subject of High Quality Care Demonstration Program,92.6% nurses agreed with the program.There was no statistical significance on knowledge and attitude between those nurses who had different professional titles (P>0.05).Fifty one hospitals had implemented the High Quality Care Demonstration Program.The implementation rates between tertiary and primary hospitals were statistically different (P<0.05).Conclusion: Most nurses in Chongqing had a positive view on High Quality Care Demonstration Program.更多还原
