【摘要】 目的:总结手足口病突发时期大批患儿入院的护理组织和管理方法,为护理管理者今后更好地应对突发疫情积累经验。方法:在2009年3月21日至8月10日,手足口病暴发流行期间,迅速启动突发公共卫生事件应急预案,妥善安置患儿,加强新组建病区的规范化管理,设立高警讯标识,有效规避护理风险,加强护理过程中的环节质量控制,优化服务流程,科学管理护理人力资源。结果:成功救治2037名患儿,无任何差错事故和不良纠纷发生,医务人员子女无手足口病感染病例。结论:护理管理者根据疫情特点,采取科学、高效的管理方法是有效应对突发公共卫生事件的重要保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize nursing organization and managing methods during outbreak of hand-foot-mouth disease,then gain experience on how to deal with paroxysmal epidemic situation for nursing manager.Methods:From March 21 to August 10 in 2009,when hand-foot-mouth disease was in epidemic status,we started up the emergency responding plan for paroxysmal public health events,including settling the children properly,managing new inpatient area effectively,setting up high risk identification,preventing nursing process danger effectively,enhancing quality control in nursing process,and managing nurse human resources properly.Results:A total of 2037 children were successfully cured without accidents or complains.There were no children of staff infected hand-foot-mouth disease.Conclusion:The nursing managers should adopt scientific and efficient management method according to epidemic situations.更多还原
