【摘要】 目的:针对护理工作任务从以疾病为中心到以人的健康为中心的转变,对高职高专护理专业的人文课程体系进行了深入研究,增设相应的显性和隐性人文课程,为人文素质课程的设置提供依据。方法:在2007级护理专业学生课程设置中建立人文课程体系,实习结束后对学生的人文素质进行评价。结果:重新设置的课程体系有助于提高学生的人文修养和整体素质,带教教师对2007级护生的人文素质评价高于2006级护生(P<0.001)。结论:护理人文课程的设置有助于培养符合社会需求的高素质人才,满足了护理学发展的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The center of nursing was changed from disease to human health. Some in-depth studies have been done for humanistic curriculum of vocational and technical in nursing, and some explicit and implicit humanities courses were added to humanistic curriculum. The purpose of this study was to provide a basis for setting humanities course. Methods: The Grade Year 2007 students accepted humanities course and the teachers evaluated humanistic qualities of the students after teaching. Results: There were significant improvements in humanistic qualities and overall competence of the students, and the teachers’ evaluation of Grade Year 2007 students was higher than those of Grade Year 2006. Conclusion: The humanistic curriculum being added to nursing professional is helpful to improve humanistic qualities of the students, and to meet the needs of the society and the development of nursing science.更多还原
