【Abstract】 The author introduced several strategies to expand the component blood donator team. At first, they enhanced publicizing and advertising work. Then they recruited component blood donator from stable whole blood donator, staff of blood station, undergraduates, youth volunteer, people on free medical examination, and family members of patients. They also constructed a clean, safety, pleasant and comfortable environment. In order to reserve donators, they strengthened management and improved care quality. Periodical follow up and group activities also were important for the reservation of component blood donators.更多还原
