采用硬沥青的沥青混合料路用性能试验研究
Experiments and Research on Road Performance for Hard Asphalt Mixture
【摘要】 针对目前沥青混凝土路面的车辙问题,对采用硬沥青AH-30的沥青混合料、SBS改性沥青混合料及一般重交沥青AH-70混合料分别进行了原样沥青、短期老化沥青和长期老化沥青下的车辙试验,并对采用硬沥青AH-30的沥青混合料进行了原样沥青、短期老化沥青和长期老化沥青下的水稳定性和劈裂试验,比较了同级配下3种沥青混合料的高温稳定性性能,分析了沥青类型对沥青混合料抗车辙能力的影响。试验结果表明,采用硬沥青的沥青混合料具有良好的抗车辙能力,同时水稳定性和抗开裂性也能符合我国的规范要求。
【Abstract】 Arming at rutting of the asphalt concrete pavement,the rutting experiments are done for hard-grade asphalt mixture(AH-30),heavy duty road asphalt mixture(AH-70) and SBS modified asphalt mixture,short-term aging and long-term aging asphalt mixture respectively.And splitting experiments on anti-cracking performance and immersion Marshall experiments on moisture susceptibility performance are taken for hard-grade asphalt mixture(AH-30),short-term aging and long-term aging hard asphalt mixture.The high temperature stability performance of hard asphalt mixture(AH-30),heavy duty road asphalt(AH-70) and SBS modified asphalt mixture are compared.The effects of asphalt type on rutting resistance for asphalt mixture are analyzed.These results show that the hard-grade asphalt mixtures have a good rutting resistance.And moisture susceptibility performance and anti-cracking performance of hard-grade asphalt mixtures accord with Chinese standards.
