基于可量测实景影像的数字公路体系研究
A Study on Digital Highway Architecture Based on Measurable Live-Action Image
【摘要】 为了提高公路运营管理及公路网综合服务水平,在分析公路信息化现状及其存在问题的基础上,系统地研究了基于可量测实景影像的全可视化三维数字公路地理信息平台架构及其应用模式。首先针对公路地理信息采集与更新存在的问题,提出了一种移动道路测量系统,给出了移动道路测量系统测量模型,结合公路应用实际,设计了基于移动道路测量系统的线性参考模型。其次,提出基于可量测实景影像公路地理信息平台的概念,设计了基于可量测实景影像的数字公路体系架构。再次,提出基于可量测实景影像数字公路平台上的资产管理、养护管理和路政巡查、应急救援、出行服务等方面的应用模式。最后,以宁波数字公路综合信息系统建设实例验证了基于可量测实景影像数字公路架构的合理性和实用性。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the highway management and service quality,a new visual digital highway geography infrastructure based on the measurable live-action image from land-based mobile mapping system together with the system architecture and application mode is studied.Firstly,a land-based mobile mapping system is proposed to collect and update highway geography data collection.The survey model of mobile mapping system is presented.A linear reference model based on mobile mapping system is designed for the digital highway application.Secondly,a new digital highway architecture based on the measurable live-action image is proposed.Thirdly,the application modes of the measurable live-action image based on digital highway infrastructure are presented for the highway facility management,maintenance and inspection,emergency succor system and public service via internet.Finally,a Ningbo digital highway information management system is promoted to verify the reasonability and practicability of measurable live-action image based on digital highway infrastructure.
