【Abstract】 It is pointed that the chief meaning of Koenig theorem in the two-body problem is that the system kinetic energy should be divided into the centroid kinetic energy and the effective kinetic energy, which stand both of the outer motion of the system and the internal relative motion of the system, respectively.
