【摘要】 以某地方高校的导师、非导师、辅导员、学生为对象进行了访谈和问卷调查,揭示本科生导师制的实施效果及存在问题。研究结果发现,"导生"与"非导生"在参与课题申报及课题立项上存在显著差异,"导生"显著高于"非导生",差异具有统计学意义。本科生导师制的实施可以促进师生交流方式多样化,对学生科研能力的提高、专业学习等有一定的帮助,同时对导师完成科研课题、培养良好的师生关系具有促进作用。但是,目前本科生导师制的实施还存在选择机制不够健全、师生双方积极性不高、职责与工作内容不够明确、激励和保障措施不完善等诸多问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the effect of implementation of this undergraduate tutorial system,interviews and investigation are carried out. The results show that there’s significant differences between the "supervised student" and "the non-supervised student" in applying for project. Tutorial system can facilitate the communication between teachers and students,helping not only the students’ research capabilities and professional learning,but also the supervisors’ research projects,and developing good relations between teachers and students. However,there’s still some problems in the implementation of the current undergraduate tutorial system,such as the imperfect selection mechanisms,inactive participation of both teachers and students,unclear responsibilities and job content,inadequate motivational and guarantee means.更多还原
