【摘要】 依据2005-2009年间对中山大学975名本科生的问卷调查,以及对到该校进行招聘的32家企业的47名人力资源主管的访问,分析面试礼仪在大学生求职成功过程中的影响力。结果表明,近年来求职大学生尤其是理工科学生对"礼仪"在求职中的重要性的认识逐年提升,用人单位对求职者礼仪的要求也在逐年提升。大学生求职面试礼仪的价值日益彰显,其与求职成功与否的关联性愈来愈大。更多还原

【Abstract】 An analysis about the effects of the etiquette of interview in job seeking has been made,based on the questionnaire done by 975 university graduates from Sun Yet-san University during 2005 and 2009,as well as interviews of the HR supervisors from 32 enterprises recruiting on Campus.The results show that graduates,especially those from universities of science and technology have increasing awareness of the importance of etiquette in job seeking,and that employers have higher demands on the etiquette of job seekers.Thus,the etiquette of interview is playing a greater role in the success or failure of job seeking.更多还原
