【摘要】 媒介融合进程中,媒体组织重构是要以新闻产品的生产流程优化为导向的。要集聚多类媒体以及具备多种技能的新闻工作者,在一体化的生产平台上从事新闻报道,需要通过团队作业和组织虚拟化这两个关键步骤来对媒体组织进行重构。媒体组织的重构是一个权变、渐进的过程,此中必然要经历设置过渡性部门的"量变",从而最终实现建构全媒体生产平台的"质变"。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reconstruction of media organizations in the process of media convergence should be directed toward optimizing journalism production flow.It brings various kinds of media as well as journalists with multiple skills together to work on an integrated production platform.That can be realized by two key procedures--team work and organization virtualization.As a contingent and gradual process,it can’t achieve a qualitative change of all media production platforms without going through a quantitative change of setting up transitional sectors.更多还原
