【摘要】 〔目的〕掌握口岸归国人员中艾滋病的感染情况,为制定有效的口岸艾滋病监测方法提供科学依据。〔方法〕收集黑龙江省曾设在口岸上的艾滋病监测点的归国人员艾滋病监测数据,并采用流行病学的方法进行统计分析。〔结果〕设置艾滋病监测点的5个口岸中,东宁口岸检测出5例艾滋病感染者,检出率为0.40%;绥芬河公路口岸检出1例艾滋病感染者,检出率为0.10%;绥芬河铁路口岸、牡丹江机场口岸、哈尔滨机场口岸均未从归国人员中检出艾滋病感染者。各口岸艾滋病感染者的传播途径主要为异性性接触。〔结论〕此次监测的数据主要来源于艾滋病监测点试行期间对归国人员采血检测的结果。由于监测点采集样本数较少,很难得到更多的监测数据。在口岸现场,入境人员中的艾滋病患者或病毒携带者按照法规的要求主动申报的极少,口岸检验检疫机构对归国人员的艾滋病监测,缺乏有效的措施和手段。这是口岸预防控制传染病的一大隐患,因此,必须尽快制定有效地口岸归国人员艾滋病监测方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand HIV/AIDS infection situation among returned personnel at Heilongjang ports,and to provide scientific evidences for valid HIV inspection methods.Method Epidemiological investigation and statistical analysis via collecting data were set up in HIV monitoring points.Result In five HIV monitoring points,5 cases of HIV infection were found at Dongning Port and Shuifenhe Highway Port.The positive rate were 0.40% and 0.10%,respectively.No HIV infections were detected at shuifenhe Railway Port,Mudanjiang Airport and Harbin Airport.The route of transmission was mainly opposite sex at every port.Conclusion All of the limited monitoring data derived from the HIV monitoring points on trial.Big hidden dangers lay in control and prevention the infectious diseases in ports due to little HIV patients or carrier would declare their conditions according to the inspection rules,at the same time,the port inspection organization lack effective measures or methods,therefore,effective monitoring methods should be established as fast as possible.更多还原
