铂铝高温抗氧化涂层的制备及性能研究
Study on Preparation and Properties of Pt-Al High Temperature Oxidation-resistant Coatings
【摘要】 采用电镀铂加包埋渗铝的方法在镍基高温合金(GH586)上制备了铂铝(Pt-Al)涂层。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)等手段研究了Pt-Al涂层的结构和高温抗氧化性能。950℃氧化100 h结果表明,Pt-Al涂层具有优良的抗高温氧化性能,氧化后涂层最表面为NiPt,次表层为氧化层。同时,对基体中的添加元素如Mo、W、Ti等元素在氧化过程中的扩散进行了分析。
【Abstract】 In the present work,the Pt-Al coatings were prepared on nickel-based superalloys(GH586) by electroplating of platinum and packing aluminizing.The structures and oxidation behaviors of Pt-Al coatings were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results with oxidation at 950℃ for 100 h showed that the Pt-Al coatings have superior high temperature oxidation-resistant properties.The outer-surface layer of Pt-Al coatings was NiPt,and the sub-surface layer was oxidation layers after oxidation.The diffusion of additive elements such as Mo,W and Ti during oxidation was also analyzed.
