【摘要】 金融泡沫和经济危机历史悠久,美国建国之前就有金融危机。实体经济是国民经济的基础。美国政府干预经济视实际需要而定,更多是实际问题而非理论问题。此次金融危机与历史上的危机有同有异,美国要在世界上维持一家独霸的局面有困难,但并不是说美国本身将从此衰落。此次危机给中国诸多启示,但不能以美国金融危机的影响掩盖中国经济本身的结构性问题,关键一点是一定要反腐败,而反腐败需要全社会的监督,否则一切设想和政策规划等都将会在实践中付诸东流。更多还原

【Abstract】 Financial bubble and economic crisis are no new things.There were financial crises even before the founding of the United States.The real economy is the basis of the national economy.The intervention of the US government in the economy is contingent on its real needs and is built on practical,not theoretical,questions.There are both similarities and differences between this financial crisis and those in the past.It is difficult for the US to keep its role of the single most influential power of the world,but it does not mean the US would be going downhill.China can draw many lessons from the US-borne crisis,but it should not be used to whitewash the structural problems of the Chinese economy.The crux for China is to press ahead with its fight against corruption and it requires supervision from the public,without which good ideas and plans would only go down the drain when they are carried out.更多还原
