【Abstract】 The reader satisfaction is a core indicator to measure the quality and efficiency on document acquisition and cataloguing.Effective predict,forward-looking to understand the trend of reader satisfaction with the changes,you can grasp timely the dynamic information needs of readers,do a good job to feed forward control and construct a reasonable strategy to document acquisition and cataloguing.Grey Prediction Modle can effectively predict the trend of reader satisfaction.Through Quantify the index system and track changes process of reader satisfaction,access to a data extremely dissatisfied of four consecutive periods,and construct models to predict the trend of the readers satisfaction,then construct a scientific strategy on document acquisition and cataloguing.更多还原
