在不同水分处理条件下葡萄成熟叶净光合速率日变化规律研究
The ripe grape leaf net photosynthetic rate change under the different water treatment
【摘要】 在极端干旱条件下,以成龄无核白葡萄为研究材料,采用深层坑灌灌溉技术,在大田设3个灌溉处理,主要研究不同水分胁迫对葡萄成熟叶的光合作用特性的影响。结果表明:成龄葡萄光合作用存在午休现象,净光合速率的日变化过程呈现"双峰型";建立了净光合速率日变化过程的高斯拟合模型,对各拟合参数的物理意义进行了解释并验证;采用主成分分析法对拟合参数进行分析,进而找到并定义了影响葡萄净光合速率的"水量因子"和"水量因子函数",而且找到灌水量与水量因子关系式;灌水量主要影响葡萄光合作用的第一峰的累积净光合量、对光照强弱变化的适应性和峰现时间。
【Abstract】 In the extreme drought conditions,adopting mature grapes called white non-nucleus as research materials,using the deep pit irrigation technology and arranging 3 experimental treatments in the field,the effects of different soil moisture treatments on photosynthetic rate characteristics of mature grape leaves were studied. Major findings were as follows:"Lunch" phenomenon existed in mature grape photosynthesis,the variational process of net photosynthetic rate in one day presents "double peak"; Gaussian fitting model for variational process of net photosynthetic rate in one day was established,physical meaning of fitting parameters was interpreted and validated; fitting parameters were analyzed using principal component analysis method,the "water factor" and " function of water factor " which affect the net photosynthetic rate of grape were found and defined; relationship between water quantity and water-factor was found. Water quantity mainly affects cumulative net photosynthesis of first peak,adaptability under light intensity variety and the peak-time.
