【摘要】 城市雕塑是城市文化的重要组成部分。杭州市目前的城市雕塑建设管理尚显无序,和城市发展不相协调,存在空间布局不合理、题材与形式过于类同等问题,需对城市雕塑的规划、评选、审批、建设、评估等环节进行整合,从规划编制、管理、评估三个方面建构起城市雕塑建设管理体系,制定具体的城市雕塑规划管理细则,确保杭州城市雕塑建设工作有序、科学的开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban sculpture is an important part of city culture.Although the themes and styles of the sculptures in Hangzhou are similar,their overall structure is disordered and not coordinated with urban development.The planning,judging,inspection,construction,and evaluation of urban sculpture should be integrated.An urban sculpture management program should be organized into planning,management,and evaluation departments.Management guidelines that will guide an orderly scientific sculptural development in Hangzhou should be established.更多还原
