土壤施硒对大蒜硒吸收量及产量和品质的影响

【摘要】 选用新疆白蒜作为研究对象,采用0(CK)、0.15、0.30、0.45、0.60、0.75 g/m2亚硒酸钠进行土施处理,研究大蒜对硒吸收及不同用量的硒对产量和品质的影响。结果表明:大蒜鳞茎膨大期,即第119天至126天是硒积累的关键时期,硒吸收量最高可达1.4 mg/kg,是对照的100.72倍;0.15~0.60 g/m2施硒处理的大蒜,产量较对照均有增加,各处理间未达显著差异水平;同时,适量的硒使还原糖含量下降,Vc及氨基酸各组分含量出现不同程度的提高。综合分析硒对大蒜含硒量、产量、品质的影响及人类食用富硒大蒜的安全性,施硒量以0.45 g/m2为最佳。

【Abstract】 In this experiment,white garlic of Xinjiang was used as a object to investigate selenium uptake content of garlic and the effect of applying 0(CK),0.15,0.30,0.45,0.60 and 0.75 g/m2 of sodium selenium in soil on yield and quality of garlic.The results showed that the crucial stage of selenium accumulation was from the 119th day to 126th day after application,and the selenium uptake content was up to 1.4 mg/kg,100.72 times of the ck.Application of 0.15~0.60 g/m2 of selenium increased the yield significantly compared with ck,but there were no significant differences among various treatments.At the same time,vitamin C content and amino acid content of each component were increased in different treatments.However,the reducing sugar content was decreased.In comprehensive consideration of the effect of selenium application on the selenium content,yield and quality of garlic and the safety of enriched selenium for human health,the best application amount of selenium was 0.45 g/m2.
