【摘要】 当前,国际金融危机严重冲击着世界经济的发展,对我国经济的影响也越来越明显。海洋经济由于涉及行业多、范围广,自身具有高投入、高技术、高风险的特点,而且海洋产业多为对外依存度较高的外向型产业,使得我国海洋经济发展面临着更为严峻的挑战。为此,文章主要从完善基础设施、拓宽融资渠道、优化资源配置、优化产业结构、调整产业布局、加快海陆互动、加强海洋管理、保护海洋环境等方面提出了在国际金融危机背景下我国海洋经济发展的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently, the international financial crisis has impacted on the world economy seriously; the impact on Chinese economy also has become increasingly evident.As Marine economy has the characteristics of mutil-industries, extensive coverage, high input, high-tech, high-risk, export-oriented, the development of Chinese marine economy is facing more serious challenges.Therefore, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of the developing of Chinese marine economy under the background of the international financial crisis, such as to improve infrastructure, expand financing channels, optimize resources configuration, optimize the industrial structure, adjust industrial layout, speed up the interaction between land and marine economy, strengthen marine management, protect marine environment.更多还原
