不同局部灌溉方式对玉米叶片生理指标的影响

【摘要】 以畦漫灌为对照,对隔行喷灌、隔行沟灌、膜上灌溉和穴灌4种局部灌溉方式下玉米的叶片生理指标变化规律进行了分析。结果表明,局部灌溉对玉米叶片的生理活性产生了一定的影响;膜上灌溉叶片的脯氨酸含量和细胞膜相对透性均不同程度低于畦漫灌,叶绿素、丙二醛含量,细胞间隙CO2浓度、净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率等指标均有不同程度提高。隔行灌溉、隔行喷灌生理指标接近于畦漫灌,穴灌与畦漫灌相比,生理指标变化与膜上灌溉正好相反。

【Abstract】 The experiment analyses the variation of physiological index on maize in different ways of localized irrigations,including the septa-irrigation,septa-spurt-irrigation,film above irrigation and cave irrigation,and the flood irrigation as control.The result had showed: Compared with the control,the praline content and the relative penetration of cell membrane by film above irrigation were lower,and the chlorophyll,MDA,the CO2 concentration among cells,the pure rate of photosynthesis,stomata conductance and the transpiration rate are enhanced in different degree.The effects of the septa-irrigation and septa-spurt-irrigation were close to flood irrigation and the cave irrigation is contrary to the film above irrigation.
