长江流域开发的定位思考

【摘要】 同沿海相比,沿江在以下几个方面更有优势:从大地震带的分布来看,长江流域相对安全,而沿海则"有隐忧";从淡水资源来看,长江流域较之沿海有着得天独厚的优势;面对温室效应造成的自然灾害,沿江可以最大限度地减少损害后果。因此,中国建设的重点应该是沿海与沿江并举,甚至沿江更优于沿海。更多还原

【Abstract】 Compares with the coast, has the superiority along the river in the following several aspects: Looking from the earth earthquake zone’s distribution, the Yangtze valley relative security, but the coast"has the concealed worry"; Looking from the fresh water resource, the Yangtze valley has the advantageous superiority compared with the coast; Natural disaster which creates facing the greenhouse effect, may maximum limit reduce the harm consequence along the river.
