光稳定剂对纤维级聚苯硫醚流变行为的影响

【摘要】 以纤维级聚苯硫醚(PPS)树脂为原料,采用毛细管流变仪在剪切速率50s-1~3000s-1范围内研究了不同光稳定剂对PPS流变行为的影响。结果表明,不同光稳定剂的加入对PPS非牛顿指数影响较小,且随温度升高都趋向于0.9;在剪切速率为0s-1~487s-1范围内,PPS会出现"剪切增稠"现象,而光稳定剂炭黑和受阻胺的加入起一定的抑制作用;在高剪切区487s-1~3000s-1范围内,PPS结构黏度指数随温度的升高而减小,减小的程度越低,则熔体结构越稳定,可纺性越好;光稳定剂的加入会使PPS的粘流活化能减小。

【Abstract】 Influence of different light stabilizers on rheological behavior of the fiber-grade polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) resins was studied,which used high-pres sure capillary rheometer with the range of share rating from 50 s-1 to 3000 s-1. The results show that,different light stabilizers have few effects on non-Newtonian indexes of PPS which tended to 0.9 with the increase of temperature; PPS shows " shear-thickening" when the share rating is between 0 s-1 and 487 s-1,and carbon black and hindered amine light stabilizer can restrain the phenomenon in a certain extent; the structural viscosity is reduced with the increase of temperature when the share rating is between 487 s-1 and 3000 s-1,and lower extent of reducing,better stabilization of PPS structure and spinnability,light stabilizerscause the viscous flow activation energies of PPS getting decreased.
