【Abstract】 In the developing courcse of the North East,the old industrial base,the medium and small-sizedenterprises in Harbin are playing a very important role.Through investigation,the writer states these enterprises’current situation in terms of equity finance and credit finance,and analyzes the reasons,and further puts forththe counter measures and suggestions of how to solve the problem of difficult financing for the medium and small-sized enterprises: constructing the service system of Harbin medium and small-sized enterprises;Promoting theseenterprises’ listing in the stock market;creating a web site of listing for them;strengthening the building of theguarantee companies;setting up a fund of pioneering investment;developing capital market at all levels;encouraging the enterprises to improve the management structure and make good preparations for their listing.更多还原
