小型纸机提速的技术改造
Technique Rebuild for Increasing the Speed of Small Size Paper Machine
【摘要】 对小型纸机采取一些措施进行技术改造,以提高小型纸机的车速,可以节约生产成本。本文简要介绍了对1760长网纸机进行的技术改造,使其车速由改造前的145m/min提高到170m/min。
【Abstract】 Nowadays,the speed of paper machine is becoming more and more quickly.Following that,a lot of paper machine of small size would be abandoned.If these small machines are rebuilt in order to enhance their speed,it could reduce plentiful cost.In this paper,some measures were taken to rebuild a 1760 fourdrinier machine.The speed of the machine was improved from 145m/min to 170m/min.
