硫酸盐苇浆臭氧漂白及其保护剂的研究
Research of Reed Kraft Pulp Ozone Bleaching and Its Protecting Agent
【摘要】 本文研究了硫酸盐苇浆的臭氧漂白工艺,实验结果表明,室温下,采用35%浆浓,臭氧用量0.5%,反应时间3m in的条件,即能得到较好的漂白效果。选择了草酸作为臭氧漂的保护剂,并确定在浆浓10%,草酸用量0.2%,预处理30m in后,再进行臭氧漂白,说明了草酸对臭氧漂白具有较好的保护效果,可以增加臭氧漂白的效率和选择性。
【Abstract】 The conditions for reed kraft pulp bleaching with ozone were researched.The study showed that good bleaching results could be obtained at the conditions of room temperature,pulp consistency 35%,ozone charge 0.5% for 3min.Oxalic acid was selected as pretreatment agent before ozone bleaching,the pulp was treated with oxalic acid at dosage 0.2%,10% pulp consistency for 30min.The result showed that oxalic acid can improve the efficiency and selectivity of ozone bleaching
