新型偶氮聚氨酯的制备及其薄膜的热光性能
Preparation of novel azo polyurethane and the film thermo-optic property
【摘要】 以对硝基苯胺、亚硝酸钠和苄胺为原料,采用重氮-偶合反应方法,合成含偶氮基团的生色分子4-(4′-硝基苯基偶氮)苄胺(NPAB)。将NPAB与手性试剂L(-)-酒石酸、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)制备含手性单元的偶氮苯聚氨酯(ABPU)。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)和核磁共振(1H NMR)等对所合成的NPAB和ABPU进行了结构表征。采用差式扫描量热分析仪(DSC)对ABPU进行了热稳定性表征,其玻璃化转变温度为159.6℃。采用衰减全反射(ATR)原理测量聚合物波导薄膜的热光特性,结果表明,聚合物材料在650 nm波长具有较大的热光系数,其值高达-4.030 7×10-4℃-1。这种测量方法是直接在波导的环境中研究聚合物的热光特性,实验结果更具有实用参考价值。
【Abstract】 A chromophore containing azo group,4-(4′-nitrophenylazo)benzylamine (NPAB) is synthesized with 4-nitroaniline,sodium nitrite and benzylamine via diazo-coupling reaction.Azobenzene polyurethane(ABPU) containing chiral unit is obtained from NPAB,chiral reagent L(-)-tartaric acid and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI).The chemical structures of NPAB and ABPU are characterized by FT-IR and UV-Vis spectroscopy and 1H NMR.The thermal property is characterized by using the differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),and the glass transition temperature(Tg) is 159.6 ℃.The thermooptic property of the polymer waveguide thin films is tested by attenuated total reflection(ATR) technique.The result indicates that the ABPU has high thermo-optic coefficient of-4.030 7×10-4 ℃-1.Comparing with other technique,this method is more close to a real environment for practical application.
