【摘要】 目的研究白藜芦醇对兔离体肠管平滑肌收缩功能的影响。方法在离体兔肠管上,观察不同浓度白藜芦醇对各致痉剂引起肠平滑肌收缩的影响。结果白藜芦醇对氯化钡、氯化钙、乙酰胆碱引起兔离体肠管收缩的抑制作用呈一定的量效关系,表现出非竞争性拮抗的作用。结论白藜芦醇对肠管的抑制作用可能由胆碱受体介导,或直接作用于肠道平滑肌,具有钙拮抗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of resveratrol on the contractility in rabbit ileum smooth muscle in vitro.Methods The samples of isolated rabbit ileum segment were prepared,and the effects of resveratrol at various concentration on the spontaneous contraction of isolated rabbit intestine induced by BaCl2,CaCl2 and acetylcholine(ACh) were studied.Results The spontaneous contraction of smooth muscle of rabbit ileum in vitro induced by BaCl2,CaCl2 and ACh was inhibited by reseveratrol in a dose-dependently manner of uncompetitive antagonism.Conclusion Inhibitory effects of reseveratrol on smooth muscle of rabbit ileum in vitro might be mediated by acetylcholinergic receptor,or act directly with calcium antagonism.更多还原
