剑麻纤维/大豆油树脂基泡沫塑料复合材料

【摘要】 合成了丙烯酸酯化环氧大豆油(AESO),以AESO为不饱和树脂基体,以短切剑麻纤维为增强体,制备了一种新型的基于植物资源的环保型纤维增强泡沫塑料.研究了大豆油基不饱和聚酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,考察了引发剂、促进剂以及反应温度等因素对泡沫塑料制备的影响.并在制备AESO不饱和聚酯泡沫塑料的基础上,用短切剑麻纤维作为增强材料来提高泡沫塑料的力学性能.研究结果表明,添加少量剑麻纤维即可明显提高大豆油基不饱和聚酯泡沫塑料的压缩强度.

【Abstract】 An environmental protection type unsaturated polyester foam has been prepared from acrylated epoxidized soybean oil (AESO). The conditions on the curing of the AESO have been studied. Then the sisal fiber was used as the reinforcement of the foams based on soybean oil. The results showed that small amount of sisal fiber enhanced markedly the compressing strength of the foam plastic.
