基于新型有机发光材料的白光照明器件的开发
Development of the white lighting device based on new organic light-emitting materials
【摘要】 基于可溶液加工的白光有机发光器件(WOLED)具有高效、环保的优点.基于新型的有机发光蓝G0、绿Ir(mppy)3、红Ir(piq)2acac材料,采用溶液加工的方法,成功实现了WOLED的流明效率达到了15.5cd/A,且功率效率也达到9.1lm/W.同时,做出了国内乃至世界第一块基于溶液加工的3.5英寸白光背光板.
【Abstract】 White organic light-emitting device which based on solution-process has the advantages of high efficiency and environmentally friendly. The white light emission was achieved by doping a blue emitting conjugated dendrimer G0 with phosphorescent green emitter Ir(mppy)3,and red emitter Ir(piq)2acac under the solution state,and the luminous efficiencyand the power efficiency reach 15.5 cd/A and 9.1 lm/W,respectively. We successfully fabricated a World First 3.5 inch diagonal white backlight panel with a solution-processible.
