应用动态接触角评判复合绝缘子憎水性等级的研究
Hydrophobicity Evaluation of Composite Insulators Using the Dynamic Contact Angle
【摘要】 复合绝缘子表面憎水性是影响其耐污性能的重要因素之一,同时也是判断运行中复合绝缘子老化程度的重要指标。对动态接触角理论进行分析,表明表面粗糙度通过影响动态接触角,造成复合绝缘子具有不同憎水性。基于此,利用动态接触角实测不同憎水性等级复合绝缘子样片,然后,利用扫描电镜对不同憎水性等级复合绝缘子表面进行形貌分析。试验结果表明:与静态接触角相比,综合利用前进接触角和后退接触角能客观、精确地对复合绝缘子憎水性等级进行评判;表面粗糙度影响水珠在复合绝缘子表明的浸润和铺张等特性,验证了动态接触角评判复合绝缘子憎水性等级的可行性。
【Abstract】 The hydrophobicity of composite insulators is one of the important factors to affect composite insulators’ pollution resistance performance,and is the important indicator to judge the aging degree of composite insulators.We analyzed the surface roughness which affects the dynamic contact angle of composite insulators,and verified that the composite insulators have different hydrophobicity through the theoretical analysis of the dynamic contact angle.Accordingly,we measured the dynamic contact angle of the composite insulators with different hydrophobicity,compared the methods to evaluate the hydrophobicity using the contact angle,and analyzed the surface morphology on different hydrophobic composite insulators by scanning electron microscope analysis(SEM).The test shows that it is more objective and accurate to evaluate the hydrophobicity by the method of the dynamic contact angle,compared with the static contact angle.The surface roughness of the composite insulators remarkably affects the water drops’infiltration and extravagant features on the composite insulator surface,and verifies the feasibility of hydrophobicity evaluation of composite insulators using the dynamic contact angle.
