直流接地故障监测装置的设计
Design of Apparatus for Monitoring DC System Ground Faults
【摘要】 针对目前直流故障监测装置存在的主要问题,研制了功能更加完善、操作方式更加友好的监测装置,它适用于发电厂、变电站等工业直流系统的接地故障。该装置采用直流漏电流的检测方法,以单总线网络作为整个监测系统的网络结构,配以自行设计的磁调制原理直流传感器构成了符合现场直流系统监测要求的在线监测装置,该装置具有节省I/O口线资源、结构简单、成本低廉、便于总线扩展和维护等诸多优点。阐述了该装置的总体硬件构成情况并分别对关键技术作了详细说明。该装置已用于电厂,运行良好。
【Abstract】 In order to overcome the disadvantages of DC fault monitors,we designed an easier and more functional operation apparatus,which catered to industrial DC ground faults of power stations and substations. We adopted monitoring DC leaking electricity means and 1-Wire network as the network structure of the whole monitoring system. The 1-Wire network and the magnetic modulating sensors constituted the online monitoring apparatus which accorded with field DC system monitoring requirement. The apparatus has so many advantages,such as saving resources of the I/O port line,simple structure,low cost,and being advantageous for the expansion and maintenance of the network. Moreover,we presented the whole hardware structure and explained the key technology in detail.
