真空有载分接开关在云广特高压直流的应用

【摘要】 南方电网所有直流输电系统中,±800 kV云广特高压直流首次使用了真空有载分接开关。为确保真空有载分接开关在云广直流可靠、安全运行,分析了导致分接开关闪络放电、温升过高的原因,改进了切换开关的绝缘工艺,调整了切换开关过渡电阻,增加了分接开关油冷却回路;针对特高压直流和真空分接开关的特点,改进阀组控制系统中有载分接开关的控制逻辑,增加真空分接开关特有监视信号;依据相关规程和运行经验,提出真空分接开关维护建议。实践证明,对真空有载分接开关在工艺、控制方面的改进是有效的。

【Abstract】 To insure that the OLTCs operate reliably and securely in Yun-Guang UHVDC Transmission System,the causes of flashover discharge and extra high oil temperature of OLTC were analyzed.The insulation technics of diverter switch was mended,the transition resistance of diverter switch was adjusted,and oil cooling circuit of the OLTC was added.Moreover,aiming at the characters of UHVDC transmission system and vacuum OLTC,the control logics of the OLTC in valve group control system were ameliorated.Special monitoring signals of the vacuum OLTC were augmented.According certain regulations and operation experiences,maintenance suggestions of the vacuum OLTC were put forward.The practice proves that the mends on the technics and control of OLTC are effective.
