利用直流功率调制增强特高压交流互联系统稳定性
Improving the Stability of UHV AC Interconnected System by the DC Power Modulation
【摘要】 特高压交流试验示范工程投运后显著地增强了华中、华北两大电网之间的电力交换能力,但特高压系统的大功率传输也对华中、华北电网联网安全稳定运行提出了更高的要求。利用直流输电系统传输功率的快速可控性,可以为暂态过程中的交流互联系统提供紧急调控手段,起到功率支援和阻尼振荡的作用。为此,对利用华中电网的直流输电系统进行紧急功率支援以提高交流互联系统暂态稳定性以及采用直流调制阻尼特高压线路功率振荡进行了研究。仿真结果表明,利用直流输电系统的紧急调控手段可以减少华中电网的切机切负荷量,增强特高压互联系统的暂态稳定性,并可提高交流系统阻尼,有效地抑制电网区域间的功率振荡。
【Abstract】 The capacity of power exchange between North China and Central China Grid is greatly strengthened after UHV is put into operation,and the great power transmitted by the UHV requires the higher level of security and stability in the Central China and North China interconnected power system.The rapid control of HVDC systems in the Central China Grid can be used as an emergency control measure in the transient process of AC power system for emergency power support and damping the oscillation.The feasibility of emergency power support of HVDC system in Central China Grid for improving the stability of interconnected power system and the effect of damping the UHV line power oscillation by DC Additional Control are studied and analyzed.Simulation results show that the use of DC emergency control can reduce cutting capacity,enhance the UHV interconnected system transient stability,improve the damping effectively,and suppress inter-regional power grid oscillation.
