【摘要】 目的探讨中药复方提取液对难治性慢性根尖周炎根管壁细菌的影响。方法难治性慢性根尖周炎患牙20颗,随机分为试验组和对照组各10颗,分别采用中药复方提取液和氢氧化钙制剂作为根管内消毒药物。根管封药前和封药后1周分别采集细菌标本送培养鉴定。结果难治性慢性根尖周炎根管壁检出的优势菌群主要为不解糖消化链球菌、放线菌、双歧杆菌、韦荣球菌、嗜酸乳酸杆菌和牙龈卟啉单胞菌等。根管封药消毒后,2组细菌检出量都显著降低(P<0.05),但细菌检出率和检出量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药复方提取液对难治性慢性根尖周炎的优势菌群有良好的抗菌效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate antibacterial effect of Chinese herbal compound on refractory and chronic apical periodontitis. Methods Twenty teeth suffering refractory and chronic apical periodontitis were randomly divided into2 groups, ten teeth in each group. Chinese herbal compound and calcium hydroxide were respectively adopted to disinfect root canals in experimental and control group. Microbiological sampling was performed before and one week after intracanal medication. Results Dominant microorganism in refractory and chronic apical periodontitis included Peptostreptococcus asaccharolyticus, Actinomyces, Bifidobacterium, Veillonella, Lactobacillus acidophius, and Porphyromonas gingivalis. There was no significant difference between 2 groups in bacteria detection rate and amount, while both groups could dramatically reduce bacteria detection level after intracanal medication. Conclusion Chinese herbal compound had good antibacterial effects on refractory endodontic root canals.更多还原
