【摘要】 目的调查深圳市福田区中学生对错畸形的认知和正畸治疗的意识。方法对深圳市福田区5851名11～19岁在校中学生进行错畸形调查,对错畸形患者发放问卷了解其正畸治疗意识。结果 5851名学生错畸形患病率为71.2%(4168/5851),其中正在矫正的学生有648名,占错畸形学生的15.5%。向错学生共发放问卷4168份,收回的2995份问卷显示,26.9%(806/2995)的学生同意或正在矫正,73.1%的学生暂不考虑矫正;31.7%(950/2995)的学生了解何种牙齿需要矫正,仅10.1%(303/2995)的学生清楚错畸形不利于健康。结论深圳市福田区中学生错畸形率较高,矫正意识较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment demand among the middle school students in Shenzhen.MethodsBased on Angle’s classification,a total of 5 851 students aged 11 to 19 years old were examined.Feedback forms were completed by the students to explore their awareness and demand for orthodontic treatments.Results The prevalence of malocclusion among students aged 11 to 19 years in Shenzhen is 71.2%.Around 73% of the students who never receive orthodontic treatments didn’t plan to have the treatment.From the feedback,only 31.7% students knows when to have the orthodontic therapy;26.9% is undergoing the therapy or consent to have the treatment;10.1% is aware of the harmful effect of malocclusion.Conclusion The prevalence of malocclusion among the middle school students in Shenzhen is a little high,but the demand for orthodontic treatment is very low.更多还原
