【摘要】 采用RAPD技术探讨了德州驴的遗传多态性。从20条随机引物中筛选出8条引物对德州驴56个个体的基因组DNA进行随机扩增。结果表明,8条随机引物共扩增产生了784条谱带,其中多态性条带为165条,多态比率在11.1%～37.5%之间;与其他驴的遗传多样性研究结果相比,德州驴的遗传多样性处于中等水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study,Dezhou donkey were analyzed using RAPD technology and their genetic diversity were discussed.8 primers were chosen from 20 random primers for the amplification of the 24 individual’s genomic DNA.The results showed that a total of 784 clear and reproducible bands were amplified by 8 screened random primers,and there were 165 polymorphic bands with the polymorphic rate from 11.1% to 37.5%.Comparing the genetic diversity of other donkeys,the genetic diversity in Dezhou donkey was in medium state.更多还原
