氯虫苯甲酰胺对广东小菜蛾杀虫活性和田间药效评价
Insecticidal Activities and field efficacy of Chlorantraniliprole against diamondback moth(Plutella xylostella)
【摘要】 氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂对广东小菜蛾室内毒力测定结果LC50为0.81mg/L;持效期测定结果为药后21d死亡率64.38%,田间药效结果显示,药后7d防效达93.95%。复配制剂乳油的室内毒力测定结果为LC50=0.71mg/L;持效期测定结果为药后21d死亡率49.21%,田间药效结果显示,药后7d防效达98.63%。
【Abstract】 Indoor toxicity,effective duration and field experiment of Chlorantraniliprole SC and mixing EC to diamondback moth were determined.The results of indoor toxicity were respectively LC50=0.81 mg/L and LC50=0.71 mg/L。 The effective duration of Chlorantraniliprole SC showed that the mortality was 64.10% relative to 49.38% of Chlorantraniliprole mixing EC after spaying 21 days in lab.Field control efficiencies were respectively 93.95% and 98.63% after spraying 7 days.
