重金属Fe、Zn对小麦种子萌发和生理的影响
Effect of Fe and Zn on wheat seed germination and physiology
【摘要】 以周麦18为材料,研究了不同浓度的Fe3+、Zn2+及其混合液对小麦发芽率、α-淀粉酶活力和过氧化氢酶活力的影响。结果表明,低浓度Fe3+和Zn2+可促进小麦种子的萌发,高浓度Fe3+和Zn2+则抑制种子萌发;α-淀粉酶的活性随着Fe3+和Zn2+浓度的升高显著降低;过氧化氢酶活性随着Fe3+浓度的升高而降低,并随着Zn2+和混合液浓度的升高表现出先升高后降低的趋势。
【Abstract】 The influences of Fe,Zn or intermixture treatments with different concentration on seed germination,and the activity of α-amylase and CAT in wheat were studied with the materials of Zhou Wheat 18.The results showed that Fe3+ or Zn2+ with low concentration could promote seed germination,the high concentration can produce.And the activities of α-amylase show significantly downward trend with the increasing of heavy metal concentration,The catalase enzyme show downard trend with the increasing of Fe3+ concentration,the activities of CAT increase at first,and then decrease with the incresing of Zn2+ or intermixture.
