【Abstract】 The paper analyzed the meanings and legislative authority of forestry right transfer,especially focused on the main transfer systems including contract,lease,mortgage and shares.Loan on forestry right security,stock and bond was also dicussed as feasible capital operations in current forestry right transfer system.The paper also studied on the problems how to using the capital market to raised the forestry right transfer trade market.更多还原
