【摘要】 为更全面、准确、客观地反映高校毕业生的就业状况,应建立科学的高校毕业生就业质量评价体系,并在实施过程中注意区域差别。建立该体系的一个可操作方法是:采用实证研究的方法,合理地确定评价各方主体,科学地设置评价指标内容,系统地规范评价信息收集与处理,以取得客观准确的高校毕业生就业质量评价结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to reflect the employment status of university graduates completely,correctly,and objectively,it is important to establish a scientific system for evaluating the employment quality of university graduates.The regional difference should be taken into account in establishing such a system.Also,to make the evaluation system operable,empirical analysis method should be adopted.With the above requirements considered,such an evaluation system is proposed by building a scientific index system in this paper.更多还原
