【Abstract】 Ultrasound was used to extract rosmarinicacid from perilla.Orthogonal tests were conducted to determine the best condition and the biggest impact factors.Results showed that the optimum extraction conditions using the utrasonic method were:processing time of 40 min,60 % ethanol,solid/liquid ratio of 1︰20,tempature of 60 ℃,and low frequency (25～28 kHz).Using the method,the most significant influencial factor was temperature.更多还原
