电子束辐射效应对双马来酰亚胺结构与热性能的研究
Influence of Electron Beam(EB) Radiation on the Structure and Thermal Properties of Diphenylmethane Bismaleimide
【摘要】 文章研究了电子束辐照效应对二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺(BMI)结构和热性能的影响。结果表明,在电子束辐照作用下,由于交联结构的形成,辐照BMI的凝胶率显著增加,达到400kGy时的58.2%;同时,相比于为辐照BMI,辐照BMI的初始分解温度显著提高,升至400kGy时的336℃。
【Abstract】 The effect of electron beam(EB) radiation on the structure and thermal properties of Diphenylmethane bismaleimide(BMI) was studied.It was found that gel fraction of BMI increased with the increase of irradiation dose because of the formation of crosslinked structure in BMI molecule,and reached to 58.2 % at 400 kGy.Meanwhile,the initial decomposition temperature of irradiated BMI increased significantly compared to the unirradiated BMI,and reached to 336 ℃ at 400 kGy.
