【摘要】 针对南京工业大学开发的干燥速率曲线测定实验装置中的数据处理软件处理后的干燥速率曲线不理想,只能给出大体的干燥规律,不能准确反映干燥速率曲线规律的缺陷,现利用MicrosoftExcel软件和干燥速率的几何意义,开发出一种新的处理方法:分段拟合法,用该法对同样的试验数据可以得到理想的干燥速率曲线,与传统作图法相比,更是具有简便,快速可靠等优点。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the non-ideality of a drying rate curve of a drying rate curve determination experiment processed by data processing software and developed by Nanjing technical university,a novel piecewise fitting processing method was developed by utilizing Microsoft Excel software and the geometric meaning of drying rate to obtain an ideal drying rate curve using the same experimental data.Compared with the conventional graphing method,the method has the advantages of simpliness,rapidness and reliability.
