【摘要】 通过利用自然资源优势,以生态平衡为基础,以经济效益为中心,以防洪及调整土地利用结构为突破口,探讨小流域综合治理设计要点。

【Abstract】 This essay is to discuss the design and comprehensive management of small watershed with the advantages of natural resources.In the essay,the discussion is based on the ecological balance,focuses on economic benefits,and takes flood prevention and structure regulation on land as its breakthrough.
