基于NNPLS的电子政务公众满意度测评
Measuring Public Satisfaction with E-government Based on NNPLS
【摘要】 构建了电子政务公众满意度测评模型。将神经网络偏最小二乘法(neural networks partial leastsquares,简称NNPLS)应用到电子政务公众满意度测评中。实证研究的结果表明,NNPLS与传统顾客满意度测评模型所采用的偏最小二乘法(PLS)相比,NNPLS收敛速度快,求解稳定,具有较好的拟合效果和较高的预测精度。
【Abstract】 This study focuses on measuring E-government performance from the perspective of customer satisfaction.A comprehensive model of satisfaction with these E-government services is developed.Neural networks partial least squares(NNPLS) method is applied to measure customer satisfaction with E-government.As an application,the proposed NNPLS hybrid method is compared with the standard linear PLS method.The results show that the NNPLS has higher imitating precision and smaller prediction errors.
