高温下平直翅片管传热与阻力特性的数值研究
NUMERICAL STUDY ON HEAT TRANSFER AND PRESSURE DROP CHARACTERISTICS OF PLAIN-FINNED TUBE UNDER HIGH TEMPERATURE
【摘要】 本文通过数值模拟方法对平直翅片管燃气侧在高温和常温两种不同环境中传热与阻力特性进行了对比研究。数值模拟结果表明,燃气进口温度对Nu数影响较大,温差对阻力系数f影响较大,辐射对Nu数影响较大,对阻力系数f影响很小。高温换热器用平直翅片管的传热与阻力特性不同于常温条件下的平直翅片管,在热力设计中平直翅片管常温下的传热与阻力规律不能直接推广到高温环境。
【Abstract】 In the present paper,numerical study on the heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of the gas side in the plain-finned tube was performed and compared under two different conditions,i.e.,high temperature and constant temperature.The results indicated that the Nusselt number was affected by the inlet temperature and the friction factor was affected by the temperature difference.The radiation had a significant effect on the Nusselt number,but little effect on the friction factor.It could be concluded that the heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of the plain-finned tube under high temperature were different from that under constant temperature, which could not be directly used in the high temperature environment during the thermal design.
