应用谱分析法对风轮三坐标方向振动特性的分析

【摘要】 风力机风轮旋转过程中,受运行工况的影响,风轮的振动量会随着转速的变化而变化。本文应用谱分析法测量了风力机机头振动谱,通过安装在风力机机头水平、竖直、轴线(X、Y、Z)三个坐标方向的三只加速度传感器,分别分析不同尖速比情况下振动谱。通过分析三个坐标方向风力机的振动谱,对风力机的振动特性进行分析,得出旋转风轮三坐标方向各自的振动特性、三坐标方向振动之间的耦合关系、三坐标方向的振动对旋转风轮整体振动的主次影响作用,从而为风力机整机结构动态特性的设计和评价提供依据。

【Abstract】 In the course of the wind turbine running,subject to the operating conditions,the vibration of the wind turbine will change when the speed changes.In this paper,the vibration spectrum of wind turbine has been measured under spectral analysis method,The vibration spectrum be recorded in different tip speed ratio through three acceleration sensors which installed in three directions the level,vertical,axis(X,Y,Z) of wind turbine.By analyzing the vibration spectrum of three directions,the vibration characteristics of wind turbine were analyzed.By measuring and analysis vibration spectrum of wind turbine in the process of head rotation,find the level,vertical,axis three directions vibration characteristics of their own;the relationship of three directions vibration; the impact of the role of primary and secondary vibration between three directions vibration and hole rotating wind vibration.Thus,it presents foundation for global provides the estimate of integral structural dynamic characteristic.
