【摘要】 北京饭店二期豪华公寓结构设计中遇到了几个难点:结构计算中嵌固部位难以明确指定、转换层结构如何设计以及主体结构中一字形短肢剪力墙较多等。针对以上问题,主要从准确模拟计算、满足抗震措施和概念性加强等几个方面着手解决。该工程已经通过验收,使用情况良好。本工程的设计经验可供类似工程参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses several difficulties,including determination of superstructure and buckling location,design Method of transfer floor structure and excessive beeline-shaped short shear walls in major structure.In view of the difficulties,this paper has put forward some countermeasures,such as computation simulation precisely,meeting anti-seismic construction measure and strengthening concept design.The project has passed the acceptance check,and is now under operation.To sum up,the paper can be used for reference by the similar projects.更多还原
