基于灵敏度分析的驾驶室轻量化
Sensitivity Analysis Based Weight-reducing for Cabs
【摘要】 建立某国产重型卡车驾驶室有限元模型,对驾驶室顶压、前压、后压工况进行灵敏度分析,根据灵敏度分析结果,在满足驾驶室原安全性能的基础上对部件厚度进行优化,达到轻量化目的。
【Abstract】 A finite element model is set up for a domestic heavy truck. Sensitivity analysis is conducted under the conditions of head pressure, front pressure and rear pressure. According to the sensitivity analysis results, plate thicknesses of the cab are optimized under the condition of original safety of the cab is still satisfied so the weight-reducing is achieved.
